On arrival at Jordan, kind van driver helped
unload the 100 parcels (each of 40 books...not light)
and during the unloading, three passers by were enlisted (for a small stipend)
to help carry the parcels to Ricci Centre on 3/F.
The first man was passing by just as we pulled up,
and he was immediately conscripted....a happy conscript....just released a few
days ago from a detention centre.
Second man a friendly local, the third a 17 year old Indian secondary student
who proved to be the most hard-working.
