September 5, 2018: Funeral service for Banki Lal, an asylum seeker from India, a regular guest at our Thursday night meal for people who sleep at McDonald's or in parks. Aged 36. He was so hungry ...had not eaten during the day .... he ate every grain of rice on his plate!

Since the Thursday night meals began in February 2017, three of our guests have gone home to Heaven. Our guests are a vulnerable and needy group.
