Morning Prayer (after getting out of bed; kneeling if possible):

In the name of + the Father and of the + Son and of + the Holy Spirit.

Praise You, Lord! Thank You for last night. Thank You for another day. Please help me live this day in Your love.

(kiss the cross +) O my Jesus, through the most pure heart of Mary,

I offer You each prayer, work, joy and suffering of this day, for all the intentions of Your divine heart. Amen.

And to you, Heavenly Mother, I offer this day,

all that I may do or think or say,

uniting it with what was done,

on earth by Jesus Christ your Son.

Angel of God, my guardian dear,

to whom God’s love commits us here.

Ever this day be at my side,

to light and guard,

to rule and guide. Amen.

To the Holy Spirit (Before daily reading of Bible; whenever using WATER (reminder of HS) for washing, drinking, swimming!)

Spirit of the living God,

fall afresh on me.

Melt me, mould me,

fill me, use me.

Midday Prayer (lunch time) The Angelus

The Angel of the Lord declared unto Mary

And she conceived of the Holy Spirit.

Hail Mary full of grace, the Lord is with you.

Blessed are you among women

and blessed is the fruit of your womb, JESUS.

Holy Mary Mother of God

pray for us sinners

now and at the hour of our death. Amen.

Behold the handmaid of the Lord;

be it done unto me according to your word”.

Hail Mary ….

And the Word was made flesh

and dwelt amongst us.

Hail Mary….

Pray for us, O Holy Mother of God

that we may be made worthy of the promises of Christ.

Pour forth, we beseech You, O Lord

Your grace into our hearts

that we to whom the Incarnation of Your Son

was made known by an angel

may, by His Passion and Cross

be brought to the glory of His Resurrection.

Through the same Christ our Lord. Amen.

Glory be to the Father and to the Son and to the Holy Spirit.

As it was in the beginning, is now and ever shall be

world without end. Amen.

Meal Prayer (before main meal):

Thank You, Lord, for this food. Please bless it and those who prepared it.
