Two of the men in this group slept in a park last night

....as a result of this info shared at the meal, accommodation has been found for tonight
...and they have been referred to an agency  that gets things done
....to find accommodation for the immediate future

Two of the men also shared they have each been in detention more than 40 (sic) times

A big gap in HK's overall-good welfare system:
people come out of detention and have no accommodation/job/money for the first month or so
.....until the wheels of welfare gradually start moving
....but by then it's often too late and the people are in trouble again
